These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SnapBooster. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

SnapBooster provides Snapchat growth services, including Snap Score boosting, follower delivery, and pre-made Snapchat accounts. To deliver certain services, we may require limited account access. The level of access required is disclosed clearly at checkout before any payment is taken. We operate through a private network of verified accounts using automated delivery systems — there are no human handlers and no third parties involved.

SnapBooster is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Snap Inc. Snapchat is a trademark of Snap Inc.

3. Compatibility with Platform Terms

Snapchat's own Terms of Service may restrict certain forms of third-party growth services. By using SnapBooster, you acknowledge that:

• Results delivered may, in rare cases, be detected and reversed by Snapchat
• Account suspensions or restrictions, while extremely uncommon, can occur on any third-party platform
• You assume responsibility for using the Service in compliance with Snapchat's policies, where applicable to your account

We use delivery methods designed to mimic organic activity and minimize detection risk, but we cannot guarantee Snapchat will never take action against accounts using third-party growth services.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

5. Orders, Payments & Delivery

When an order is placed and payment confirmed, delivery is initiated automatically:

• Full payment is required before delivery begins
• Estimated delivery times are stated per package size — these are estimates, not contractual guarantees
• You are responsible for providing the correct Snapchat username at checkout. Orders submitted with incorrect usernames cannot be reversed once delivery has begun
• Package size and target username cannot be modified after the order is placed

We accept payments via PayPal and Cryptomus. We do not store payment card or bank details on our systems — these are handled directly by the respective payment processors.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee on undelivered orders. The following applies:

• Eligible refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval
• Refunds are available where an order has not been delivered within twice the stated delivery time for that package
• Refunds cannot be issued after a Snap Score or followers order has been successfully delivered, since the digital value cannot be returned
• Pre-made accounts are not eligible for cash refunds, but will be replaced free of charge if issues occur within 7 days of purchase

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false information, fake payment methods, or impersonate another person
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise damage the Service
• Use automated systems, scrapers, or bots to interact with our website
• Resell or redistribute our services without prior written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension, refused service, and forfeiture of any pending order, without liability to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data
• We are not responsible for actions taken by Snap Inc. against your Snapchat account

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, design elements, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of SnapBooster or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the information needed to deliver our services — typically your Snapchat username, email address, and payment details. Payment data is processed directly by our payment partners (PayPal, Cryptomus) and is not stored on our systems.

For customers in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of your personal data. 11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or attempted to abuse our refund policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. For consumers, statutory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected by this clause.
